A $30.00 charge will be added to your booking for every extra guest. *No loud noise. *Respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am. *Check-ins is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10am. *Check-out after 10am will be charged an additional fee of $50.00. *Check-out an hour after 11am will be charged an entire day's rate.

We loved staying at this airbnb. Its in a cute, quiet neighborhood but is close to public transportation that can get you anyhwere in the city. the apartment is plenty spacious and well decorated. Overall I would definitely stay again!

I can not thank our host enough for being able to host us on such short notice, Parking was no problem at all. and the house was so comfortable with everything we could possibly meme comfortable and equipped with everything to make my family feel at home.

West Philly is easily accessible from Center City via cabs, car-sharing services(Uber/Lyft), the Market-Frankford Line subway (also called “the El” for its elevated section) and one of the nation’s few remaining streetcar networks. Parking Please note that while our property does not have a designated parking space and street parking( on our block) is reserved for residents with parking permits. However, fear not! Free parking is available on the adjacent streets, just a short stroll away. So you can leave your car worry-free, knowing that convenient parking is within reach.
