A $30.00 charge will be added to your booking for every extra guest. *No loud noise. *Respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am. *Check-ins is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10am. *Check-out after 10am will be charged an additional fee of $50.00. *Check-out an hour after 11am will be charged an entire day's rate.

I really enjoyed my stay, Amina was a great host. There were a few issues whenI arrived, but Amina took care of them in a timely manner. Amina was easy to reach responded back immediately.

West Philly is easily accessible from Center City via cabs, car-sharing services(Uber/Lyft), the Market-Frankford Line subway (also called “the El” for its elevated section) and one of the nation’s few remaining streetcar networks. Parking is usually free and plenty; however, be mindful of the permit-only parking signs in some areas( as is the case on the block of this listing). Free parking is available on adjacent streets.
